We used the delivery service today and were very impressed. Timely delivery and very tasty food. The portions were great too. If you want to support a restaurant and enjoy good food, then order - it's worth it. If you can open again, we'll be there!

For the food there is a 1+ with an asterisk, and a 1+ for the friendliness and flexibility of the staff. BUT the one star here is given to those responsible for the online service on the homepage. If you order there, you simply won't get any food! Why do you set up this option if it does not lead to the desired result? After 90 minutes I called and was told that the orders didn't even get through to the service staff, let alone the kitchen, simply because nobody knew I had ordered. Fortunately, the service was so flexible that I had my delicious meal on the table within 35 minutes. Possibly. should those responsible here rework?!?!

The food was unfortunately uninspired and bland. One had the impression that only convenience products were being used and that one was sitting in a traditional canteen instead of a restaurant. A real shame.

Today for the 3rd Advent we used the delivery service for a delicious lunch and were absolutely thrilled. The food came on time, was really still warm and tasted excellent. We had roulade and pork neck steak. We can only recommend this service.

Mega ... great food, great ambience and great staff. Anytime again and can only be recommended. Whether in spring, summer, autumn or winter, you always felt comfortable

Our meal order was unfortunately forgotten by the boss, so we had to wait 30 minutes to pick it up and then had to pay 3 euros too much per meal, which we unfortunately only noticed later. There was no apology for both errors. Food was ok, as schnitzel was very dry and fried potatoes were very pale, but goose legs were great.

Today we had a really nice evening with our friends with delicious food from the "Schießhaus". Everything tasted great and was still super hot. Price-performance ratio, delivery time and delivery staff - at its best. We will definitely repeat that

Even in the hard Corona time you spoiled us with your delicious food !!!! The finest goose leg delivered free of charge. Crispy, hot with dumplings, red cabbage and sauce??. For the price of 15.90 € it is already embarrassing. It was a pleasure...

We used the offer with the goose legs and sauce to pick up on Martin's Day and were absolutely thrilled. It was absolutely delicious, great. There was extra sauce at no extra charge. We call that service. All thumbs up and can only be recommended. Thank you so much.

Unfortunately, there was something bad about the food. Back then I had considerable stomach problems immediately after going to the restaurant. Hygienic defects seemed likely. It's a rustic kitchen whose food usually tastes pretty good.

Today we have the St. Martin's goose offer: we tested leg of goose with red cabbage and dumplings and were thrilled. A great menu that we would have preferred to have eaten in the cozy restaurant, but was also an absolute enrichment in our office. Everything perfect and a good price / performance ratio.

Nicely furnished in a rustic style, delicious food, good beer. We got a table spontaneously without a reservation, but were also early. I think you should make a reservation at peak times.

A very nice cozy and quaint restaurant. The waiter was very friendly and always had a funny saying on his lips. And that it was just super delicious ??? Everything was great. Clear recommendation???

Good home-style and regional cuisine. We decided on it based on the reviews. Due to Corana, we made reservations by phone beforehand. Very nice and attentive service. We liked it very much. I think it's nice to sit in the beer garden in summer too. I can only recommend it

We were only there spontaneously relatively late in the evening and felt welcome from the start. The food (game goulash and giant schnitzel) was delicious. The absolute highlight, however, was the service! Kai and Mandy were very attentive and put a really good mood. The two alone are a reason to come back. Thank you for the great evening!!

Very quaint, rustic inn on the edge of the old town. Several restaurants with good, traditional regional dishes and reasonable prices. We were accommodated very friendly in a cozy adjoining room without prior reservation. Extremely friendly and courteous staff.

I can not recommend this restaurant enough. The atmosphere is great, staff excellent, and it boasts a great variety of traditional German food. I have been here on numerous occasions and always have a great time. I personally recommend the Schnitzel, Sauerbraten, and Roulade. Definitely my favorite restaurant in Dresden

Great, hearty food and hearty beer are served quickly and fresh. Friendly and brisk service. Always worth a visit!

The restaurant has de facto potential to become my new favorite restaurant, I can say that nothing has disappointed us so far! Every time the place was a taste explosion in my mouth, the seats were cleaned exemplary and the armchairs were particularly comfortable. Fast and polite service. I think that the entire local staff did a harmonious job there.

Loved this spot. Nothing fancy, but lots of home-style regional food with a few good beers on tap.

Excellent place to eat, great atmosphere, value & service. Lovely outdoor eating space with plenty of seating. Obviously popular with groups as well as couples & single diners.

2 star for vegetarian dish. The dish description was something along the lines of "goulash made from vegetables" but it tasted and looked nothing like goulash. The potato rosti was a bit too salty which is easily amendable. However, I realized that most of the vegetables in my dish were from a frozen vegetable packet. So, basically my dish was frozen vegetables coated in a sauce. I don't call that a high quality meal.

Good food, fast serving and tasty beer.

The elephant ear schnitzel was one of the best i ever had, with vegie and fries! nice staff! outdoor kids playground. maybe reduce pffer to big hits, go fresh and homemade.

Hearty traditional German and Saxon food, served with great beer in stone mugs. Not cheap but still reasonable by local standards and worth the money for the quality. (The excellent ribs would have been enough for a light lunch for two people.) It's off the beaten track but worth the walk (maybe 15 minutes out of the centre). Inside and outside seating with helpful, English-speaking staff.

Fantastic dinner and an even better experience. The quality of the pork and bacon wrapped sausage with flavor & texture that's hard to put into words. My son and I had a wonderful meal.

Nice traditional place with hunting trophees and traditional food

Everything was DELICIOUS!! The fried circle potato’s (much like a hash brown) were super delicious! The Zander fish topped with Broccoli and cheese in a cheese sauce was AMAZING! I’d definitely recommend this meal!

I didn't like the place and attitude but thats my own opinion.

Common place to eat. Inside the walls are covered by hunting examples. So if you are animal welfare specialist or has an idea about biodiversity protection, it is not your place. The prices are middle but the dishes are very big. One young guy working there is very polite and helpful.

Good Saxon food, good beer, and a good environment. The outdoor seating was lovely during the summer and the food was a good quality for a nice price and solid portions. What's not to like?

Good german cousine

The food was absolutely wonderful, the biergarten very cozy, the service was a bit slow but that could have been the cultural difference in expectation. Overall the place is amazing.
